As a skinny guy myself, I’ve been buying the sweatpants at H&M for years now as they have a nice slim fit and are cuffed around the ankle. The cuffs around the ankle are super important, as it gives a nice fit to the pants and will make your legs look thicker.
H&M also has a great selection of jeans for skinny guys. Growing up with skinny legs, a big struggle of mine was finding proper fitting jeans. Everything would always fit very baggy on me until I tried the jeans from H&M.
