One of the best things about Shein clothing is that they have unique styles and trendy clothes. When it comes to styles, it’s hard to beat what Shein has to offer.
On the Shein website or app, you can browse thousands of different outfit styles. Whether you’re a guy or a girl, there is something on Shein for everyone.
I have ordered dresses for my mother, shirts for my father, bathing suits for my brother and clothing for myself on Shein. The variety of styles makes it super easy to find cool looking clothing that is in style.
As someone who lives in a cold climate and likes to travel, Shein has some of the best vacation wear. Back home, it can be hard to find vacation clothes, especially during the winter.
However, Shein has made it so easy and it has become a tradition for me to order clothing for the whole family on Shein before going on vacation.

One of the reasons why Shein is so popular is because they sell trendy clothing at affordable prices. When it comes to fast fashion brands, it’s hard to find any company that has low prices like Shein does.
One of the major reasons why I like shopping at Shein, is because of the promotions. They often times have discounts on the clothing or offer free shipping and even free clothing.
If you’re on a tight budget and looking to get some wardrobe essentials, Shein is a great place to shop. You will be able to purchase a large quantity of clothing at super affordable prices.
3. Variety of Colors
Shein products come in a variety of colors which is amazing. Whether you’re shopping for dresses, shirts, shorts or sweaters, Shein has a huge selection.
The variety of the colors is a great way to add some unique colors to your wardrobe. As someone who typically wears darker clothing, Shein was great for adding some lighter colors to my wardrobe.
The variety of colors with Shein clothes, leaves room for so much versatility. You can find all sorts of clothing in some very nice looking colors which can make some really cool outfits.
4. Availability of Sizes
Shein has a large selection of sizes on all of their clothing. This makes it super easy for finding clothes that fits your body well.
One thing that I’ve always had trouble with when shopping online is finding the right size. Many people prefer to shop in stores because they don’t know how clothes will fit, however Shein makes it really easy.
Shein has a sizing guide and size chart which will indicate the dimensions of each and every product. They also have Shein reviews, which is in my personal experience, the most helpful tool.
Other people who have already purchased the item will enter their height, weight and clothing size and post a picture of them wearing the product. This will give you an idea of how the item will fit once it arrives.
This has saved me a lot of time as I’m very particular about the fit of my clothing.
If you see a product with negative reviews, it’s probably better to avoid ordering it. I would trust the customer reviews as they are people who have actually ordered the product.
If you see an item with a good review and the fit looks the way you like, then don’t hesitate to order the item.

One of the main reasons consumers don’t like to use online retailers is because of the complicated return process and poor customer service. However on most Shein orders you will have free returns and it’s very easy to return any item
Shein has a great return policy and unless they say it, you will be able to return the item. The only items I have not been able to return were bathing suits (which makes sense).
Dealing with a company that has a great return policy makes the shopping experience very enjoyable. I’ve returned items before and I have always been refunded without any issues.

1. Inconsistent Quality
Now don’t get me wrong, Shein does have some clothing that is good quality, however there have been times where the quality has been poor. For example, I ordered a bathing suit and the material was transparent and it had a bad fit.
A way to avoid ordering products that are poor quality, is by reading the reviews. If I see someone mention that the quality of a product is bad, I just won’t order it.
In the past, I’ve ordered clothing from Shein that was made with high quality materials. I was pleasantly surprised since the items were so cheap, however the products did have many positive reviews.
To avoid being unhappy with a product, only order products that fit into the Shein return policy. This way, if you don’t like the item, it can easily be returned.
2. Shipping Times
Since shipping is an online retailer, and at times the shipping can be inconsistent. On the most part, all my orders from Shein have come in a reasonable time frame. However, other consumers have had issues.
If you’re planning on placing a Shein order before going on vacation, consider paying for the express shipping to get your order quicker. If you’re not in a rush to get your clothing, the standard shipping will be sufficient.
Naturally, one of the biggest issues with online shopping is the shipping time. On the most part, you should be able to get your clothing order in a reasonable amount of time.
3. Unoriginal Designs
At times, the fashion items from Shein can have unoriginal designs. Since Shein is a fast fashion brand, they will make items that higher end retailers make and they will sell them at cheaper prices.
This can lead to some of the clothing looking super basic of like a cheaper version of the original item. Personally, I try to stay away from these items because I find their original designs more unique.
Shein has so many great items and cool clothing designs that I prefer to avoid the unoriginal designs.
4. Inaccurate Pictures
One of the issues many people have with shopping online and on Shein is that the pictures are inaccurate. A lot of the time, the clothing will be worn by these models with unrealistic looking bodies.
This makes it hard to know how the clothes in going to fit on a regular body. However, a good way to get an idea of how a clothing item is going to look is by checking the reviews.
It’s super helpful when other users include a picture of how the clothes looks on them in the review. This will give you an idea on how the clothes actually fits.

The reality of fast fashion brands is that it’s very hard to be sustainable. The reality of constantly trying to deliver cheap clothing and new styles is that there may be a negative impact on the environment.
