Have you seen or heard of the Aland store? Recently, I was at American Dream mall in New Jersey and I stumbled upon the Aland store. Aland’s unique store design, stylish clothing and bright colors caught my eye, so I had to check it out.
After spending some time in the store, talking to employees and buying some clothes I became fascinated with the Aland brand.

Aland is a South Korean clothing and accessory store that has been making waves in the North American fashion world. The store carries South Korean clothing brands, which have unique designs and create a cultural connection with those shopping at Aland.
In February 2006, sisters Jung Eun Jung and Kinam Jung opened the first Aland location in Seoul, South Korea. Now, there are over 19 Aland stores worldwide, which carry over 700 different brands.
At Aland, you will find clothing, accessories and beauty products from popular Korean brands.
The Aland store is set up differently from the typical fast fashion clothing store. The unique store design is one that will catch your eye and make you wonder “what is this place?”.
Inside the store, there are tall aisles of clothing set up which carry different brands. The sizing is a bit different, as it is a South Korean, rather than American or UK sizing. Be sure to ask an employee for help if you’re confused by the sizing.

The unique styles carried at Aland are totally different from the typical stores you see around your local mall. Since Aland is a South Korean store, the styles all have a super unique and different look.
Recently, South Korean and Japanese styles have become extremely popular across the North American fashion market. Aland is filling that need by selling over 700 different brands that are super cool and unique.
Compared to fast fashion brands like Zara and H&M, Aland has totally different styles that will add a totally new layer of depth to your wardrobe.
Options
At Aland, whether you’re a boy or a girl, there are endless options of clothing, accessories and cosmetic products. The large selection of different products makes it worth checking out the Aland store.
If you’re a North American, the clothing options are like nothing you will see at any other store. There are some very nice dresses and great cosmetic items for girls as well as some cool t-shirts and sweaters for guys.
Quality
Upon entering the Aland store, I was expecting the quality of the clothing to be similar to H&M. After looking around the store and trying some things on, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the quality of the clothing was.
The brands that Aland carries aren’t low quality fast fashion brands. At Aland, they sell brands that are made with good quality materials that is meant to last for a while.
Although it may seem pricey at first glance, the quality of the clothing makes Aland a very reasonable value for the price you are paying.
