For many guys, the challenge is figuring out the best way to approach the girl. In my opinion, the worst thing a guy can do is start off a conversation with pickup-lines. Instead, take a more casual approach and just start with small talk. You can start with talking about current events, relevant topics and what kind of music she likes. Once you strike up a conversation, you want to get to know her better. Ask her about her dream job, her family and even what her future plans are. Letting the woman talk and express herself is super important. As you get to know her, this allows you to dictate which direction you want to take the conversation. I would be lying if I said that this was never an issue for me, because nobody wants to get rejected by a cute girl! Another struggle for guys is being stuck in the friend zone. If you have feelings for a girl, but she sees you as just a friend, don't be afraid to tell her how you really feel. If there's awkward silence and the girl isn't really engaging in the conversation, sometimes it's better just to move on.
